CNET’s Quick guide has a list of the ten highest radiation cell phones and the ten lowest radiation cell phones.
Of course, the radiation level is expressed in SAR, Specific Absorption Rate and it is nice to know that one of the best “nonqwerty” smartphones at he moment is positioned among the top 10 lowest radiation phones.

That is good news indeed. Having worked for Vodafone, I know the basics on radiation and was never too worried about it. But still I am happy that FCC is putting more emphasis on keeping radiation from new phones as low as possible.

In CNET’s quick guide we find the full list of Ten lowest-radiation cell phones (United States):

Manufacturer and model - SAR level (digital)

  1. Motorola Razr V3x - 0.14
  2. LG KG800 Chocolate - 0.14
  3. Samsung SGH-t809 - 0.32
  4. Samsung SPH-M510 - 0.32
  5. Motorola Razr2 V9 - 0.32
  6. Bang & Olufsen Serene (Samsung SGH-E910) - 0.33

  8. Nokia N95 - 0.38

Do you even look at this aspect when buying a phone? Or do the possibilities of the N95 exceed its side-effects?
