Okay, so I do not operate my 5 Mega Pixel equipped Nokia N95 yet, but I am definitely preparing myself…
One thing that really bothers me is that although most camera phones now sport a 2 or more Mega Pixel camera, the resulting images are still, well, camera phone quality. So how can I improve this.
Digital Photography School has a real good post called “13 tips for improving camera phone photos“. A little section from that post:
- Use well lit subjects
- Get close to what you want to capture
- Keep it still (use some kind of support to lean on)
- Avoid digital zoom
- Keep your lens clean
- Use highest resolution possible
- Take loads of shots and experiment
read them all
If you want some elaborate tips you better read the whole article, as it gives a basic yet very contributing basis when getting into the mobile phone photography.
To what level of professionalism do YOU use your mobile phone’s camera?
