I have tried to install nokia software updater. Everything is fine until it asks to restart the computer for changes to take effect. When the computer is restarted and nokia software updater tries to open it says critical software components are missing. I have reinstalled many times and the same thing happens. Can anyone help?

those who can´t update firmware, must unlock your phone, i say the service provider lock SP Unlock, this can be done with some appz on related forum, i remember that one of them is NSS something!!!, but is highly risky, you might damage the phone definetely!!
