Using Blogplanet to blog from my Nokia N95

Okay this is what I just wrote from my N95: Test (yes very creative) and this is how it shows up:

Test

This post was made with a trial version of BlogPlanet, a photo blog client for mobile phones. For more information visit www.blogplanet.net
.

Okay, I picked the software from blogplanet actually built for Siemens S65, but it works alright on my N95. Only thing is that this blogging software is made for people using blogger or hosted movable type… So with WordPress it does not (yet) what I want it to do.

  • I cannot add a title (it adds a number to your post as page slug… no text)
  • limited editing options
  • no access to my phone’s picture gallery
  • strange config that I entered on good luck
  • (blog id set to nothing, as I have a stand alone blog…)

But the idea is cool… will try some other blogging softwares soonly, if any of you have any tips for better WordPress enabled phone-blog-softwares… let me know!

Would be really nice yeah, good software for that. I love blogging but I’m not into that nokia lifeblog, or flikr stuff. I want -my- stuff on -my- site :)

    Hi there
Just to let you know, ShoZu has very tight integration with Wordpress allowing you to add titles and descriptions, as well 1-click upload after taking new photos/videos, or you can choose old files from your gallery. You can also send via FTP to your own site. N95 is not officially supported yet (we’re ironing out a few cosmetic and GPS related bugs) but feel free to download the version for the N73 in the meantime.

    Best,
